I had booked an appointment with All Good Psychology months in advance for my struggling 4-year-old child, only to have it cancelled just weeks before the scheduled date. We waited patiently, hoping to finally get some much needed support — only to be left starting from scratch. It’s incredibly disheartening to be let down after such a long wait, especially when your child needs help.
