Lack of professionalism and uncaring approach.
We had a really positive experience with David. He made a good effort to develop rapport, and was a great listener who gave us some solid advice in an honest and kind way.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to a closed sign, I waited into my appointment only for the place to remain shut. Eventually causing my to have an anxiety attack and retreat, I called to explain my situation and ponder why it was still closed. I was told it should have walked in, when I explained why I wouldn't walk into a building I didn't know with a sign telling me not to I was belittled by the reception feeling scared and now insecure I cancelled my upcoming appointments.
