I may have gone into EMDR a bit apprehensive of what it was or what it would do, but so glad I followed through. For me, changes were subtle and all for the good. The brain becomes less "worried" about things it wanted to focus on prior to treatment.
I came to her in a bad spot. I felt so small. After 6 months many sessions i finally am feeling whole again. I did emdr as well as regular therapy. I have so much understanding of who i am today and who i was before. I understand why i do certain things and act certain ways. If it wasnt for her i dont know where i would be today. I highly recomend her!
Connie is an incredible therapist who has made a significant impact on my life. Her genuine care for her clients is evident in the dedication she brings to each session. I've discovered aspects of myself and gained new perspectives that I never thought possible before. I have been working with Connie for about 10 months on my anxiety. We have done EMDR therapy and talk therapy. I have gone from feeling out of control and having non stop panic attacks to feeling fully in control and I haven't had a panic attack in about 4 months now. I would and do recommend Connie to anyone who is needing therapy especially if dealing with anxiety. This has all been a life changer.
