Being one of Connie's clients is truly a blessing. I had lived 5 decades with my trauma brain and body. The heaviness, the dark cloud, those ruminations running through my head, like a constant loop. Connie has been a great help and support with many troubling issues. She has helped me uncover many things i diddnt even know about myself and through emdr and general counseling I feel i have a whole new outlook on life.
I’ve been with Connie almost 4 years I believe, she has taken me thru some of the most traumatic times in my life: My mom dying of cancer, my personal views on myself, losing long term partners. Connie showed me EMDR therapy and took me through the process of rebuilding how you see yourself from the inside out, it’s changed how I look at myself and the world around me.
