We just had a new roof replacement. The Allgood Adjustments representative, Sean C., provided me constant contact by phone and email. Whenever he stated a representative would come to perform the roofing inspection, or provide other information, they came right on time. Allgood handled everything with our insurance company with a full roof replacement. We literally didn't have to contact our insurance company. Sean was very responsive throughout the process and answered all questions asked.

Matthew helped me fight with the insurance company to get as much money as possible when they were resistant to pay for the coverage I paid them for. While I will not use Auto Owners Insurance again for anything, I will if needed use AllGood Adjusters again.
