Dropped off my family friend’s Jeep at 8:00am with the understanding that the detail job would be completed by early afternoon. Instead, it wasn’t until after 5pm that I got a call saying the vehicle was ready. Upon arrival, the exterior and interior were completely neglected and the detail job looked rushed.
