My husband and I pulled up at 4:08pm and he opened the door to go in and the lady stated they were closed and then turned to the other employees and stated now I gotta reset the alarm again in a rude tone. Website clearly states opened till 5pm.
Our delivery person is Jimmy and he is awesome 👌. Definitely an asset to your company. The entire team is great. Kind, courteous, and careful.
Any other time I would give this company 5 stars and have never had a problem within the last 9 years I have been with them however recently , especially today, I feel the need say something.
