Glen got back to me wiithin 30 minutes and gave me advice over the phone in a couple of calls about resetting our heating system aftr power outages (the first time such was ever needed) saving me a mimimum $250 call out fee of another provider and a one week wait in the cold. Old fashioned real customer service like this is such a rarity. Many thanks.
