Elderly family member has been waiting over 2 weeks for propane. They are down to 5% in the middle of an arctic cold front. Facebook is full of customers who have been loyal to W.E. Allford Propane for years but Allford isn't being loyal to the customers. Repeated phones calls nothing. I just saw a news story on channel 6 that someone who got the news involved got propane right away. Allford doesn't care about it customers at all.
