Total crook. Had to get a new toilet installed for our house sale, He was there for 4 hours and charged us for 8. The new toilet cost $236 charged us $279. pipe, brakets and fittings already on site, charged us for fittings, brackets and pipe. I had the finish installing the vent pipe myself. Then came straight around and started threatening us for payment. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. total unprofessional rip off crook
