Super helpful and encouraging trainers, and great atmosphere in general. Wide range of equipment available in classes and open gym, and lots of improvements since new ownership. Affordable prices and flexible memberships (they even paused when I was sick for a week!). Have definitely improved my strength and functional fitness more than anywhere else I've tried!
