I was concerned about whether the new thermostat would be compatible with my older system, but the technician took the time to verify and complete the installation in about an hour. He also explained how to use the new features, which was helpful.
Installed ducts neatly, efficient service.
Our ductwork was outdated and inefficient, causing inconsistent temperatures throughout the house, so we had new ducts and vents installed which took most of the afternoon; since then, the airflow has noticeably improved, and our system is now much quieter. The technicians were thorough in their work, ensuring no debris was left behind once they completed the installation.
After another company left our vents with dust lingering, this technician spent over an hour thoroughly cleaning each vent and followed up with a quick system check to ensure everything was running smoothly. The attention to detail was noticeably better than previous visits from other services.
Thorough maintenance done, everything running smoothly.
