I am so in shock , upset, disappointed and disbelief in what experience both of my daughters and I had recently. My daughters were scheduled with this office on June 8 since December 2025. We showed up an hour early to their appointment. Only to find out that the office is closed for business. Went to speak to landlord downstairs at the suite and told me that provider gave notice to vacate. Provider never notified me of any cancellation or any changes. They swapped the astigmatism on my contacts. I didn’t know until I had gone through the entire first boxes and went back for my refill. So I wore them the entire time in the wrong eyes without noticing, which makes me think I didn’t even need to pay extra for the astigmatism contacts in the first place. Idk. Either doctor or front desk messed up
Had a wonderful experience at the office. The technicians and the Optometrist (Dr Onyeador) were friendly and professional. I left feeling my eyes were in great hands.
