They swapped the astigmatism on my contacts. I didn’t know until I had gone through the entire first boxes and went back for my refill. So I wore them the entire time in the wrong eyes without noticing, which makes me think I didn’t even need to pay extra for the astigmatism contacts in the first place. Idk. Either doctor or front desk messed up
Had a wonderful experience at the office. The technicians and the Optometrist (Dr Onyeador) were friendly and professional. I left feeling my eyes were in great hands.
