This place has spaying and neutering process that is just great. Drop off, pick up and communication were run like a well oiled machine. Great customer service.
Service was smooth, everyone is nice, but after being referred to this place by a few people for neutering, im upset that my cat was given back to me covered in urine and they said "he had an accident, we tried to clean it up"... Im sorry but if im not supposed to get his incision wet, i cant bathe him.. They couldve charged me for a bath idc, but some kind of professional clean up wouldve been nice.. I have a 30 minute ride and my cat is visibly soaked.. Im glad my mom went in to get my cat☠️
Very efficient and friendly. Took a half feral momma cat in a trap cage to be spayed and vaccinated. They were great and extremely reasonable prices with full transparency.
