My gf was too shy to leave a review but we had a poor experience. We get there on time for the appointment and some lady on a couch goes “whats your name? Ohh I was supposed to cut your hair, but im doing color right now.” And then we waited 30 minutes and left with no service. No one ever checked up on her either. Just felt unorganized, unprofessional and kind of rude. Whats the point of appointments? Felt bad for my gf because she was looking forward to this. Place looked nice but yea.
