Replaced our 2 air conditioning units and our 2 heating units. They had to bring in a crane to remove our old units. They were terrific. Good prices and excellent work.
On 7-7-08 I called alley and co at 8:05 am about an air conditoining problem. The woman who answered the phone told me " someone can definatley make it out to you today, but I cannot give you a specific time. We will give you a courtesy call 30 min prior to our arival time." I say great sounds good and give her all of my information. It is now 5:05 pm 9 hours later and I have not heard anything. Concerned about my 10 month pregnant wife who is 4 days past due with the temp hitting 102 I call them back. The same women answers... read more
