The staff was rude on more than one occasion when I asked a simple question we never been before so how are we supposed to know how things work. I was prepared to spend some good money with them to I was looking for a place I could bring my family for some fun but now I won’t ever go back! Sorry that you hate your dead end job don’t take it out on the guest! Except the ladies at the front they were very nice. Ruined our day

Everything is great... except the food. My son ordered a burger, the bread was soggy, and the meat was super dry. My other son ordered curly fries, and for $7, he got a handful. Later, I ordered nachos, and I had to take a picture. This was the most garbage nachos I've ever seen. We ordered while bowling. They dropped off and jet. They knew they were garbage.
