Alley Cat Rescue is an amazing organization that is helping save millions of cats' lives through their innovative Trap-Neuter-Release Program (TNR) which really works, and has been shown to zero in on the homeless cat population much more effectively and humanely than the inhumane killing of feral cat populations that has been used unsuccessfully to curtail feral cat colonies.
