Everyone here is so nice and helpful. My chihuahua has a heart condition and the doctors always know what to do next for him. Love this place
My family has been using LVC/Alley Cat for over 30 years now to care for our pets. Both Dr. Bohannans, as well as the other DRs that have joined them throughout the years, are excellent at what they do, and the staff truly cares for the animals there. Our pets are like our children - part of the family; and I trust LVC/Alley Cat with them implicitly. Always have. Always will.
EXTREMELY disappointed in your treatment of myself and my dog today. I had a 5:30 appointment and arrived on time. It was ten minutes before any of your staff acknowledged that I was there. It took another ten to get him weighed and another ten for a tech to ask what was going on with him. Then after another twenty-five minutes yet another tech came out and tried to take his weight... again. Let her know it had already been done and she led us to an exam room. I adore all the vets here and all of my animals receive excellent care. Foster and rescue babies get extra special care =) Thank you for saving my doodle bug!
All of the people at this place are so awesome. We had to put our Great Dane down due to Cancer. They explained all of the options, and allowed us to be there with him until he was gone. At no point did they rush us, or make is feel less than welcome during the whole ordeal. Not only that, we take all of our dogs to this clinic, they have been more than awesome in getting them well when they get sick. I am not a person of many words, and just can not say enough good about this place.
Have taken our ladies here for 13 years. Would not consider going anywhere else for their care or boarding. My YY loves when we pull into the parking lot which says at lot.
I took my dog there for many years and have spent thousands of dollars there. Well yesterday was an emergency because my dog all of a sudden could not stand up, was throwing up, loss of bladder control but the doctors at Alley Cat could not see him. I had to put my dear fur baby to sleep at a vet that I have been to before. Someone that had never seen him ever, didn’t know his medical history because Alley Cat doctors couldn’t take 10 minutes to take a look at him. I am so mad and will not take another animal of any kind bac... read more
Dr. Kahn, Austin, and the girls at the front desk have been courteous, friendly, and very caring about my pets. I have been there through some difficult times lately and they have gone above and beyond to help my dog Daisy and us. I definitely recommend!!
