I was told my case with the IRS should be completed in 3 to 4 months. It has been one year and my resolution is still not complete. I started working with Samual Ramirez, then someone else named Braden Valentine took over my case. Samual was very responsive to my messages. Brayden on the other hand has not. They called me out of the blue, when I tried to ask what they wanted wouldn’t answer my question then hung up. They were very rude.
