A literal SCAM. If you are facing financial hardship, this company can put you in a situation to owe EVEN MORE than started. A $2500 contract to establish a payment plan with the IRS when I could have done that myself. Hoping this review saves the next person because boy I wish I would have been warned.
This place is a scam. They tell you they have a 30 day refund policy if you don’t meet the criteria or they can’t help you. In my case I hit both those markers unexpectedly and they made me prove to them that I did which I did. They will call the heck out of you and communicate so well when they are trying to get your money once they have it they treat you like crap don’t respond and don’t stick to their refund policy or try to say things like it’s actually only 15 days to get out of it.
