I had a great 90 minute deep tissue massage. Matt is very personable and a very good therapist that knows how to get the pressure just right to get the muscles supple again. The room is calming and the table is heated and can be adjusted to your preference. I look forward to my next appointment!
The entire experience was great. From the first moment, Alleviate was clearly focused on helping me recover from a recent surgery. Every aspect of the visit was comfortable and professional--booking the appointment, discussing my surgery and tailoring a massage plan specific to my medical needs. Everyone was attentive, great at listening to my concerns, and the massage was fantastic! Muranda is a skilled and knowledgable therapist.
Matt gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He really listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I needed most, especially my neck. He used a variety of techniques like cupping and scraping, and the deep work felt amazing. I came in with a lot of stiffness and left feeling so much relief. Highly recommend!
