Editing my Review as this company is a giant scam. Not only they screwed up with the payment that put me in default, they insist of higher monthly payments pretty much have me pay more than i owe in the first place. 1 out of the 3 accounts has been settled but stay away from this company big time. If you can settle with the debt collectors do so. Not to mention every one says something different about their policies. Report them to the BBB to have them investigated

0 Stars National Debt Relief is better. Matter in fact, go there. Don't waste your time with these people. They'll waste yours though. They get their money and you go further into debt. Then, to get updates you gave to make the calls versus them being in contact with you. Save yourself the trouble, go to NDR. Customer service is better. Alleviate's? A dumpster fire has done better than what they could provide. GGs

Bottom Line Up Front: Do not utilize alleviate financial Solutions! The amount of fees they charge in the end will cost you more than paying out your loan. They will tell you that they were to settle your 30,000 debt with 11,000 and brag that it is a great deal. But the 11,000 continues to accrue interest at a rapid rate while they pay the absolute minimum on it in order to get their fess paid. I'm a current client. I've been with them for over a year now and they still haven't settled two of my accounts. Getting to the point that a processor showed up to my doorstep. They won't handle your accounts like they should, and even after several phone calls and updates on the accounts, they still haven't settled. It's better that you individually settle with the bank.
