This company is scamming me. They negotiated a good settlement with a creditor but they aren’t paying them because most of the money I am sending them is to something called “earned performance fee” which is taking over 90% of what I am sending them.

We had contacted this company a few weeks ago. But I honestly cant tell you if they were a good option or not. I can tell you that my wife and I considered it, and decided it wasnt feasible at the time. This company has spent nearly every day since thing calling, texting, or emailing trying to get us to work with them. I have EXPLICITLY told them to stop contacting us, but they still do. We began this program 2 years ago. I would not recommend them. We get multiple calls and emails,regarding the same settlement. Its always a different person. It seems that the notes others place on the account are not accurate? Or missing critical pieces of information. Their appears to be a overall severe lack of communication .
