Hidden fees everywhere throughout the program. No upfront explanation of any of the fees and how they are charged. No communication when contacting them about the fees. They make it almost impossible to withdraw from their program and then do not refund all of your money. They are fraudulent, misleading, and terrible with communication. I’m seconding the woman saying if I could give negative stars I would. They told me they would cover my debts in around 6 months- it’s been a year now and nothing has been done. Do not trust anything they say. Get a loan if that’s your only option. I wish someone had told me that.
