I hate to be a Karen but it would have been extremely helpful to have put on your website or Google Profile that you’d be closed on the Friday preceding Christmas. Would have saved me the 4 hour public transport trip out from the north as I needed to buy drops. Other than being grumpy about that they’re pretty cool, friendly staff.
Jen is fantastic at what she does. But more importantly is an amazing human. After seeing many specialists and doctors, Jen was by far the best. Not only was she able to help create a plan to stabilise my dry eye but she genuinely cares for people which I didn’t see with many other specialists or doctors. I look forward to working with Jen in the years to come to continue improving my eye health. Thanks Jen!
