UPDATED 2/20/24 Alleva was responsive to our concerns. Mike Alleva listened to suggestions that would have prevented our ordeal, which we are willing to attribute to a labor shortage common in many industries. However, with high turnover, check-ins with new project managers and their customers are essential and would have made a big difference for us. We believe in second chances. We did not have a “glowing" experience with Alleva. We contracted for bathroom, linen closet and walk-in closet to be finished in 6-8 weeks. Demolition started in April and was completed in September. Project Manager#1 was inexperienced or incompetent, particularly with organization. Crews showed up only two or three times a week, rarely for a full day. We were told to expect workers and they did not show up or showed up very late, as if our project was an afterthought. Alleva Construction almost completely renovated the inside and outside of my 93 year old mother's house. The house is now ready to be put on the market and we should get $150k to $200k extra for the home now that it is beautiful. Special thanks to *******************, the project manager, for making all of this happen. He was right on top of each job, communicating and coordinating with his workers and my mom and I. We loved working with *** and Alleva and recommend them highly!!!!

We hired them to help with a kitchen update. Mike had great ideas guiding us on the best materials to use to keep within our budget He also made us aware of possible surprises that might occur when removing 1990”s backsplash. Luckily the walls were in tact and new backsplash came out great. New window, countertops and sink completed the refresh. Their countertop vendor was terrific to deal with also. They are experienced and professional. Thanks Alleva

I hired Alleva construction to redo my kitchen and 2 bathrooms a few weeks ago. I am completely satisfied from beginning to end . Jake was a constant professional throughout the entire process. I recommend them 1000 percent .

I had them do my kitchen and bathroom and their designer Mike showed terrible customer service and was just trying to do what he wanted having complete disregard for my home and what I wanted. The project managers Jake and Ernie were extremely unprofessional and didn’t have much knowledge about certain things. I was nervous about going through the construction and thanks to Mike and his crew they made this a very poor experience for me. I had them do my kitchen and bathroom which were both very outdated. Their designer **** had great ideas. The project managers **** and ***** were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Although I was nervous about going through the construction, I was very pleased with the process and the level of craftsmanship of their crew. I would highly recommend them!
