The wedding band she made for me was beautiful but the communication was horrible. I started the process 5 months before my wedding and she kept dropping the ball and forgetting what we previously discussed and what her next step was. after constant reminders and checking, I didn’t get my ring until the week of my wedding which is nerve wracking. Extremely nice and helpful. Went out of her way to get me exactly what I needed. The amazing thing is she was more interested in getting me the right answer more than making a sale. There's no other jeweler I've ever met that is more customer oriented. Fantastic shop. Everything is clearly displayed with a showroom that is set up to allow you the best views of all the jewelry on hand and it's clear there's no rushing, or pressuring those who come to her shop. I'd give her more stars if I could!
Hard to rate a store that doesn't have anyone there to let you in to shop! We arrived a half hour after their opening time at 11:00am on a Wednesday. And they obviously have only one saleswoman, as she told us over the outside intercom that she wasn't in. She was at the post office and would be back in 20 minutes. Like we want to wait around...... They must not care that much about selling or customers when these situations occur. Poor timing on their part
I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. I bought two pieces of jewelry in the Virgin Islands several years ago, a ring and a necklace. The ring lost a stone so I went to Alletti for the repair. She found something perfect and polished the ring to look brand new after six years. The necklace was damaged by someone (left it to stew in car cup holder goo in the dead of summer). I took it to a local well known jewelry store where I'd shopped for decades.
