At first I was concerned that my annual follow-up appointment would be just a 5min “Hi, and bye” (despite my 40min commute). But instead I felt very heard and seen. To my surprise, my vitals were even taken. My Doctor was very thorough and sat down and spoke with me at length. (I tend to be long-winded with my answers), but she was patient and didn’t rush me. I wish I could give this place a negative 5 star. I have been trying my hardest for the past 3 years. To postpone giving a review until I finished my treatment. However, this has been the most excruciating and difficult experience of joining any medical practice and only because I am so close to the finish line for my treatment is why I suffer and literally suffer. I had an appointment that was cancelled because the doctor decided to not come in one day. They rescheduled me for TWO WEEKS LATER. I expressed I needed my medications filled since I couldn’t come in & that was never done. I called a second time & they still never did it. I’m not a new patient, I’m transferring so it shouldn’t be difficult to fill my scripts & if it was an issue- they should’ve told me that.
