I had an incident trying to get my allergy shot, and made it a couple minutes past the lunch cut off. The lady let a person who walked in ahead of me get her shot but wouldn't let me and I was already on the threshold of being behind due to being ill. I thought I was treated unprofessionally. This was a fill in person. Since Allervie took over, things seem to be less personal & disorganized due to staffing shortage. Suzanne who administers the shots keeps things on that end so organized & running smoothly. She is DEFINITELY AN ASSET! When she was gone, things were such a disappointing mess!!
The staff is super nice and they get you in & out. I go here myself as well as I take my son here. No complaints yet.
