The lady in the front is a complete mess, Dont trust her. I came in at 5:29pm, coincidentally, and a few seconds later the door locked… I didn’t even know you had to show up before 5:30 to get your shots in… I asked where that information was, the lady in the front said in the papers I signed, what the actual heck… no it doesn’t. I have been dealing with this disorganized company for more than a year now and I still can’t get my first batch of shots in… if you’re reading this, don’t come here!!!!
Even though we showed up 30 minutes earlier for our appointment, the doctor never saw my son. He waited for an hour.
AllerVie took over my local allergist/asthma doctor in December 2023. Since then, from December 2023 through August 2024, they have not had my injectable medication available for my regularly scheduled appointments. I appear for my appointment, they tell me they have no medication, and they expect me to return at their convenience, regardless of my schedule.
