Phoned for a quote. Guy who quoted came to the house and was a bit unprofessional, wrote the quote on the back of a business card no proper quotation received. He tried to sell for another company at the same time. Later we rang Allerton windows saying we wanted to go with them and basically the sales guy never got back to us. So strange as they have some good feedback. Maybe it was just that one member of staff. Ended up going with someone else.
Been meaning to leave this review for over a year. Allerton Windows did a kitchen knock through in my rental property in Aigburth and were very professional throughout. From the quote process (arrived on time and sent a breakdown in a spreadsheet - never had that from any trade before). Handled every part of the project from steel installation, to electrics, to plumbing which made it a breeze. I would highly recommend them.
