Bough a Seat Leon last week. Has been a good and smooth process overall thanks to Paul and Andy. There are a few small issues but they are working towards resolving those. Got my previous car at this spot a few years back and had similarly pleasant experience, though under a different business and owner. Lastly, as a general tip to the buyer, make sure you do all necessary checks yourself and raise any points of concern as some bits might get missed unintentionally by the dealer.
Bought a qashqai here 3-4 months back. They offered a free 6 months warranty. Very good experience with Andy & Paul as they are very helpful and friendly. There was an outstanding finance on the car which they cleared and provided all related docs on time as promised. My wife & I collected our car in the evening after office hours and after a few final checks just when i tried to drive home, the car didn't turn on and started to show various warnings in the dashboard. DO NOR BUY FROM HERE I purchased my first car from here and it has had constant issues I have spent more money on the car than what’s it worth I have taken the car back to them twice and they said it was fixed which was false after the 6 month warranty they would not help i have independent advice today and have been told the car is on its way out due to broken dpf filter ( something they claimed to have fixed ) you also refused to give us a courtesy car until our first negative review was amended to a positive, your online ... read more
