The medical staff is abusive and inattentive. Doctor dallies when serious issues arise and refuses to see residents. He has caused permanent damage and should lose his license. Nurse manager ignores resident requests and instead listens to the person controlling the finances. She is being bribed. Overall, the food is terrible, the culture is terrible, and the medical staff would do better at a morgue.
