I'm in chronic foot and knee pain, and after several appointments with different podiatrists, I was seen here today, but the lady couldn't come up with neither an explanation nor a solution. After asking her to get an exception letter for HR so I could wear my own shoes (I work in a shoe shop), she refused and sent me away without even looking at me in the eyes.
NHS = No Help Service. Regular texts asking not to contact them because they're too busy!!! I rarely need to contact thankfully but doesn't matter anyway because when you do need to see or speak to a doctor & you do ring them either no one answers the phone or your call gets cut off immediately. It's been like this for a long time - it's not what you expect from a health service & frankly, adds to the distress when you're feeling ill. UPDATE: It's now 7 months since my review. It's a lovely doctors and it's only been up about 3ish to 4ish years. It's very spacious and the staff are great! Your made to feel very welcome. Building is not to hot either! X
Great service from polite and really helpful reception staff. I got a call back from a doctor very promptly and a prescription within the day. I didn’t need to see a doctor because I had been seen by a Pharmacist (Colinton village)who was able to issue me with a prescription for shingles. So thanks to all of you for a great service.
