I advised them on the phone that I had a very negative reaction to a B complex that almost landed me in the hospital. I asked on the phone if testing existed for the issue because I figured there was not. The receptionist on the phone assured me there was so I booked a visit. Trust me I would not have IF she said no on the phone. Although the doctor was nice it was mostly dismissed and advised to no longer take it and that testing was not available. I had a very very bad experience with this doctor and the office. My complaints were dismissed and this lead to a very serious adverse reaction. The staff was extremely nasty to me, most notably the office manager who yelled at me for no justifiable reason. They made it extremely difficult to get my records. I don't mean standard paperwork that needs to be done through any office- it was clearly something very off.
