Proceed with caution! I have been using this practice for a couple of years since they bought out my allergist who retired. Unfortunately it has become a struggle to get rx's refilled. I have been trying for a week to get a refill for one of my inhalers. This is unacceptable, especially since they keep saying it will be called in that day and it is not. I have had enough. I have requested a referral to a new allergist from my PCP.
I was told the first visit was a consult and testing would be done during the second visit. I went in and after reviewing my medical history and why I needed testing, they did the testing today, on my first visit. I am happy they are getting it done as my Cardiologist wants to do an implant as soon as possible.

This place does not even deserve 1 star! My grandson had an appointment to receive his 1st allergy injection and they thought he was there for the testing. Told them “No” he was here to receive his injection, they could not locate his serum and was told they had no one in the facility that could give him the injection because everyone had quit. That they only had 1 person and they were only at the Brownwood location 2 days a week. And in top of all of this, they never called me to inform me of any of this, when this appointm... read more
