Dr. Chao has been my mother's doctor for years. She is declining in her current medical condition. I called to ask for help and I was told if she is unable to come to the office to go to ER. She needs nursing care at home and he refused to write an order if she can't come to the office. What kind of dr refuses to help a bed bound patient? I am beyond disgusted! This is elder abuse.
This doctor is very compassionate and professional. Very thorough and does phone call follow ups. Highly recommended
