While the front desk staff are great and lovely people. Dr Gauld is dismissive, condescending, and arrogant.
On time, caring, knowledgeable and offered great solutions.
Front staff, allergy nurse and Dr. Almatrafi were welcoming, personable and answered all of our questions and more! The only request we would have is a scent free clinic, one nurse had a perfume scent that sent a family member out of the room but he is very sensitive to scents. I would recommend this clinic to others!
Parking payment was easy, just scan QR, enter your plate etc etc and pay. Main office Staff were very friendly...lots of smiles! Dr Gauld and his assistant were both amazing with our son. Best place to go for allergy testing. All in all a very positive experience. Great job everyone!!! Thanks again!!!
