I got billed 400 dollars for a quick consultation that was shorter than the wait to get in. No tests or anything done, just a quick chat. Absolutely outrageous.
The Doctor & MA were very nice & thorough with getting my 9yo allergy tested.
Waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Then had to repeat myself to both nurse and doctor because they clearly hadn’t read my chart. Was told I’d be doing testing that day only to be told I wasn’t. But I was assured I could schedule it at check out. Nope, can’t do that because they are going to have a physician change and have no timeline to provide me as to when I can have testing done. My time and money have been wasted.
The providers and MAs have always been so kind, helpful, and patient. My eight year old son did a food challenge recently and Laura, Sierra, and Heather were so good with him! They listened to his concerns, and were incredibly cheerful even when the office was super busy! I definitely recommend this practice.
