Brought my son in for a basic allergy test. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse, Haylee, made my five year old so comfortable he wasn't even afraid of the shots. Dr. Williams explained things thoroughly to make sure I understood what our results meant. Wonderful experience! Cannot recommend enough.

It took two hours for my daughter's initial appointment. We waited 20 minutes after our start time for a nurse to see us, then another 20 minutes for the doctor to meet with us, and by the time someone came in to do my daughter's allergy testing, we had been there for over an hour. The staff was nice but the nurse who did my daughter's intake was a bit unprofessional, asking her about her experience with a medication that the nurse herself as taking.
