The lady at window has 0 personality. She has never smiled at us and acts like we're a bother cking in. She of all ppl need to be welcoming, smiling, warm and not take on a po mouth shape. First time we encounter her, just thought she didn't feel good, everybody has bad days, or family issues. But it's the same every time. I think she should be moved from public and get someone willing to welcome w a smile.

Staff were friendly when I went over a year ago. When I was going, I made a point to verify and ask REPEATEDLY if I was covered by my insurance. I was told each time that I would have to pay $0. Only to find out that they have billed me $5,000 and will refuse to right this billi g issue. They told me that my insurance told them that they gave me the money to pay Allergy Partners.
