My experience with Dr. Coulson has been great, but it is so difficult to access anybody on the phone. When I was sent to LabCorp for work, the order did not get to them and I forgot the printout when I went for my appointment. It took over an hour to get anybody to send the order to LabCorp so I had to reschedule. Yesterday they cancelled my appointment with Dr. Coulson that was three weeks away and said I could see her four months later “at the end of the year” or I could see a PA a month after my appointment.
I highly recommend Dr Smallwood at Allergy Partners! He got me answers my first visit for an ongoing but odd issue. He was willing to start with a solution but not give up if it wasnt the right one. Thankfully it has been and I haven’t had reaction since in his care! He’s professional but understanding and patient. Staff is amazing as well!
Jordan was very knowledgeable and attentive. Jordan and all the staff were friendly and have great dispositions. They answered all my questions, and helped me feel at ease about my concerns. I definitely recommend coming here if you need allergy assistance.
