Dr. Cranford and her nurse Lacy are very friendly, knowledgeable and great listeners. I believe I have been to see them 3 times over the past year always leaving with a clear understanding of my plan of care and enjoyed the visit.
The Nurse and Doctor were very professional and informative with the issues I have been dealing with. I would highly recommend this clinic for any allergy problems you are having.
Was curious if I'm allergic to bees and wanted to get tested to find out. I've never been stung before. The doctor told me you can't be tested properly unless you've been stung or had a reaction before. So I left with no treatment after about ten minutes and they charged me $117. I told them on the phone that I had never been stung before yet they went ahead and made the appointment without informing me that my visit was going to be basically pointless. Enjoy my money I guess, geez.
From scheduling to checkout everything was smooth and everyone was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
There is one woman in the shot clinic who is working today (2/18/26) @ 12, who was so incredibly rude to me. I cannot believe how I was treated. I would never recommend this place based solely on how she treated me today.
