Current issue: trying to get serum reordered for 3 weeks but I can't talk to the person in charge of submitting it. I liked the staff that I met here - hoping to take this review down if I can get the reorder. Calling multiple times and leaving voicemails hasn't worked so far.
Dr. Gallagher is excellent. He is very thorough and considerate.
Would not recommend this allergy practice! Called to verify that this allergy clinic took my insurance before scheduling an appointment. The lady confirmed it and made an appointment. I get a call the day of my appointment, only five minutes away to explain to me that this Dr. doesn't take my insurance. A total waste of time and this could have been 100% avoided if these employees know how to verify if they take your insurance or not. Would not recommend!
