Front desk is rude, especially a young Latino woman with slick back pony tail. Appointment at 11:30 and I come in at 11:33 and am told I may not be able to do my shot appointment and I should’ve came on time. This office is located in a huge building that takes at least 10 minutes from parking garage to office, with elevators lines and not all elevators functioning. Dr.Lin is amazing. My son has been hospitalized patient for 16 years. Dr. Lin is an excellent physician and has an awesome bedside manner. The office staff are kind and friendly.
