Front desk is rude, especially a young Latino woman with slick back pony tail. Appointment at 11:30 and I come in at 11:33 and am told I may not be able to do my shot appointment and I should’ve came on time. This office is located in a huge building that takes at least 10 minutes from parking garage to office, with elevators lines and not all elevators functioning.
