I went to Dr. Anderson for chronic hives. He immediately acted rude towards me after I requested he remove his mask during my appointment. I’m severely hearing impaired, and I need to be able to read lips in order to communicate with people properly. Alison and her nurse were amazing, both professionally and personally. The plan of care and treatment was thorough and well explained. I left with relief that I was finally getting answers to issues that I've had for months.
This office is absolutely amazing. Everyone is very attentive and friendly. If any mistakes are made, they have them corrected within 5 minutes.
