RecommendedMy two year old was very nervous about her appointment today. As soon as we walked through the doors every single employee we encountered spoke with us and tried to make my baby feel more comfortable! By the time we left she was running around with all her fun prizes! So thankful for an office that is so good with kids! service wise everyone we spoke with was super knowledgeable and answered any question I had. I couldn't be more happy with our visit today.
RecommendedGreat staff!! Very patient. I came in with a broken inner system. It took a LONG TIME TO GET TO MAINTENANCE mode. Once I arrived there, I am surving allergy season...Rodriguez and his team rocks!!

RecommendedThe experience with the doctor and nurses was great! However, the lady in the front who answers the phone wasn’t so great. She’s the one that sits at the desk right when you walk in. My 2 year old daughter had an appointment today and my husband was taking her because I would be late. Unfortunately, I left the new patient paperwork at home. RecommendedI had almost cancelled my appointment fearing my concerns/situation wouldn’t be taken. Thankfully my visit was totally helpful. I felt respected every step of the way and came away far more informed than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Rakes. The nurse (so sorry I missed her name) was great.

RecommendedSatisfied with Allergy Partners but I can't compare them as I've only gone here. Only problem I have had is changing appointment times. For example this morning I called early to move an appointment I have on Monday morning. No return call so I drove over and was greeted by perhaps the rudest person I have ever met. If this would have been an initial contact, you could not pay me to use this company.
