The front desk staff is awesome — always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for management. I ended up in the hospital with COVID on Saturday and was discharged with instructions to rest and use my nebulizer due to severe pre-existing lung problems and asthma. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 2:30 p.m., and I called first thing when your office opened to explain the situation.
