Excellent care by the NP. Very attentive.
The front desk staff is awesome — always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for management. I ended up in the hospital with COVID on Saturday and was discharged with instructions to rest and use my nebulizer due to severe pre-existing lung problems and asthma. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 2:30 p.m., and I called first thing when your office opened to explain the situation. This was my first visit to this office and everyone was friendly and Micah worked up a good plan for the treatment of my allergies, I thought she was thorough as was the nurse that took all of my information when I first got there!
This physician puts his patients first by making your visit feel important every single time you go.
I love Dr. Mohar, he's really good. However some of his staff are not. Especially when you call and leave a message for the nurses and they NEVER call you back. I've left 3 voicemails in less than 2 weeks. I only get a call back if I tell the front desk to let the nurses know I called. Beyond frustrating.
