Just read the review to Allergy Medical and from it I found out that the clinic has closed down! We as patients have not been notified of this. The website does no longer exists too. IHope that someone might be able to hint me how I can request my son's medical records from this clinic? Thank you

I’m still waiting for my order, the team takes forever to reply back, and now my allergy is starting to get back to where it’s used to be. Very disappointed.
I understand they are shut. The staff were amazing, but I’ve been chasing since September where my immunology vials are. They are apparently no where but have been sent according to amsl. They never got to the forwarding address of my docs, apparently weren’t at the allergy clinic nor at the clinic they were sending too. Honestly posting here to see if anyone has any help options (Still, the admin staff and the nurses were absolutely incredible and I do miss interacting with them)
