Waste of $500. I walked out in tears with no answers. VG's review hits the nail on the head. 1. He talked AT me. Almost like he has recited what he was going to say to me. I did not feel listened to at all. Was not empathetic. It didn't feel like he was there to do whatever he could to get to the bottom of the root cause of why my eczema has been so bad lately, it felt more like a money grab. I don't know where to start. I found my experience at this medical centre to be very troubling in three main ways. (Aside from the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen). 1) It appears the doctor is broadly prescribing Ryaltis without cause (in my case) and I wondered whether there is a kickback from the pharmaceutical company...? This clinic is amazing. My son has been coming here for a few years now. Never had any issues. Today I rang up to make a payment for a new vile. I was talking to a person called Carley. Found her very rude, was cutting me off when I was talking. Have always spoke to Julie and had no issues. She is absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend you go there to just meet Julie absolutely lovely receptionist.
Friendly staff. They know their stuff.
