I would highly recommend this clinic. The NP Annette De La Cruz did a wonderful job not only explaining what options I had for allergy testing but also my results after have the skin prick test. Also the person who administered the test did a great job of making sure I was okay and communicating everything that was going to happen. I traveled from just outside Austin for this appointment and will definitely be back with how good of an experience I had. Thank you all for your empathetic and knowledgeable care!
This review will have 2 parts - both examples of the stellar customer service the office and medical staff of Allergy Institute of San Antonio exhibit to their patients. When I called the office to inquire about making an appointment for my older child, I provided the receptionist with all of our insurance information necessary and expressed that I wasn't sure whether the plan my children are on was an HMO or a PPO - i.e. whether or not we would need to send in a copy of a referral (which we did have just in case). Really good experience with them trying to figure out my allergies. Front office team are my favorite, they get me checked in and set up quickly every time. Athzell keeps me laughing every time, great team and service!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly staff and felt welcomed. Anneli and Athzell were amazing and so polite. The doctor has the bed table side manners and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend recommend this place 😊
