Connie Hsu is probably one of the most incompetent doctor is existing. She told me two years ago that I was allergic to carrots, celery, and cod. They’re a money grab, and have no problem scamming people. They quoted half of what the serum was actually going to cost, ignore multiple instructions not to proceed on treatment options, and take grossly inaccurate notes regarding care plans. They are somewhat fraudulent and should be audited. Save yourself time and lots of money and find a better allergy practice. Will never trust them with the care of my child again.
Long story, but Maria in Billing was so helpful going above and beyond to contact me. Her outstanding service answered my questions and will allow my daughter to continue getting critical care.
There's a common theme in the reviews of "unprofessionalism". And unsurprisingly it's completely true. Appointment was scheduled for both of my daughters to run allergy panels on both of them, very simple/mundane visit. My wife pulled them both out of school and made it to the 11am appointment at 10:46. Early enough to fill out forms if needed. I was happy with this office when I started going years ago after my Immunologist of 15 years retired. However, that didn’t last long. Ever since, I’ve only done 1 bloodwork order to measure my IgG levels. Then, in 2022, my insurance company was waiting for a “yes” or “no” response from them for a prior auth for my infusions that I do myself at home. That’s all they were waiting on.
