This office is welcoming and accommodating. All staff is extremely kind. They always make sure all my questions are answered. I’ve received consistent, great care since I started coming here almost a year ago.
The Doctor that treated my son was amazing. The staff was rude and inefficient with invoice. Paid the expensive copayment after I was called in the back to be seen. Afterwards I received an invoice of $50. When the Medical Assistant called, got an attitude with me and told me if I didnt have payment by 5 she was going to send it to collections. Been taking my son here for years. Staff is rude and condescending, so much in fact that both sets of grandparents now refuse to go to this office. God forbid you walk in when a conversations going on, you’ll be left ungreeted, standing there waiting. We only got for shots btw and it’s awful.
I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with Dana Mather and her entire office. I have consulted with numerous specialists regarding my asthma, and Dr. Mather's expertise in managing my condition has been exceptional. Previously, my treatment regimen involved eight inhalers, six prescriptions, and eleven emergency room visits. Thanks to Dr. Mather's intervention, I now utilize only two inhalers, one injection, and one prescription, which has enabled me to resume my regular physical activities. Tengo algun tiempo viniendo a este lugar nos tenia queja en absoluto. Pero de un tiempo paraca el personal enfrente es tan poco profesional siempre estoy batallando por hacer unas citas, solo cuando ellas quieren atienden, se la pasan hablando entre ellas y no les interesa los pacientes.
