After making an appointment and confirming insurance information with the office twice, I drove an hour for my appointment just to find out that the office staff that I was previously on the phone with didn’t properly schedule it and there were no openings. I am extremely disappointed with this office and will never be returning.
I am very happy with the level of care I receive from Dr. Ward. She and the entire staff are great.
I’ve been seeing Dr Ward for several years now. Very happy with her. She listens, is up to date on current meds, procedures etc. very efficient in getting refills on medication.
