I saw Dr Alexander Headley for a cure for my chronic fatigue. I already knew what was causing it - I had Covid for a year straight and my body was always worn down trying to get the virus out of my body. Dr. Shane Kelly is an excellent doctor, and I’m genuinely grateful for the significant improvements I’ve seen to my allergies under his care. The nurses are also wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. However, the front office team has consistently been disorganised. Over the years, there have been repeated mistakes with appointments, inconsistent communication, and forgotten payments (on their side).
