I saw Dr Alexander Headley for a cure for my chronic fatigue. I already knew what was causing it - I had Covid for a year straight and my body was always worn down trying to get the virus out of my body. Dr. Shane Kelly is an excellent doctor, and I’m genuinely grateful for the significant improvements I’ve seen to my allergies under his care. The nurses are also wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. However, the front office team has consistently been disorganised. Over the years, there have been repeated mistakes with appointments, inconsistent communication, and forgotten payments (on their side). Great care from a lovely team!
My experience with Dr Sameer Malik was nothing short of exceptional. After numerous issues trying to get a vaccine with a food allergy, I found myself in very safe and capable hands with Dr Malik. He made sure I understood the possibilities of reaction and associated risks, but ensured that I was safe within the confines of the clinic’s setting. I have been experiencing reactions for the last 2 months and was referred to go see Dr Alexander Headley. Living 6 hours away from this specialist, I provided him with numerous photo evidence of my reactions on different occasions at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled appointment. I was told over phone calls and emails that Dr Headley wanted to run multiple tests, even as far as metal testing due to his "concerns" after reviewing the media I had sent him.
