Wanted to book Dr Malik for my Son, got a call from reception who had to no idea that we asked for Dr Malik in our email with referral. She just wanted $430 non refundable deposit that too over the phone before the appointment can even be booked. I asked for alternative payment method e.g. secure link, babk transfer and She said the only other option is to visit the clinic to pay. Very poor management, zero customer support and sounded like scammer. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Hard to contact this center , very bad
Very friendly staff and I did not have to wait too long for my booked appointment. Dr. Shane Kelly was extremely professional and quick to diagnose my allergic reactions, then providing a strategy to get me to feel better overtime. Would highly recommend Allergy Immunology Associates!
After seeing multiple immunologists, Dr Sameer Malik was on a completely different level. His knowledge, clarity, and genuine care stood out immediately.
