I would give zero stars to DR. ERIKA LEE if I could. In my experience, she showed a concerning lack of care and effort in helping her patients. I have been dealing with a chronic condition for over 15 years. After consulting with my family doctor and an immunologist friend in the U.S., I was advised to undergo further testing, as my symptoms could be consistent with conditions such as cystic fibrosis or a primary immunodeficiency. Dr. Wong was nice but unknowledgeable, and I'd even say unintentionally rude. He didn't even listen to me. He rushed to the end to tell us the price because he assumed we couldn't afford it. I'll be going somewhere else for our treatment.
I scheduled my appointment six months in advance, so I was expecting the visit to be well organized. Unfortunately, I had to wait approximately an hour and a half before being seen. The long wait time was very frustrating. Additionally, I did not feel satisfied with the quality of care during my visit. I hope the clinic can improve both its time management and overall patient experience.
Dr. Wong was recommended to us by a friend. We are grateful to have met him. Our 7yo child is now allergy-free!
Dr. Zhu is excellent doctor ! He is very knowledgeable and patient !
