Dr. Wong was nice but unknowledgeable, and I'd even say unintentionally rude. He didn't even listen to me. He rushed to the end to tell us the price because he assumed we couldn't afford it. I'll be going somewhere else for our treatment.
I scheduled my appointment six months in advance, so I was expecting the visit to be well organized. Unfortunately, I had to wait approximately an hour and a half before being seen. The long wait time was very frustrating. Additionally, I did not feel satisfied with the quality of care during my visit. I hope the clinic can improve both its time management and overall patient experience.
Dr. Wong was recommended to us by a friend. We are grateful to have met him. Our 7yo child is now allergy-free!
Dr. Zhu is excellent doctor ! He is very knowledgeable and patient !
Went for the appointment for my baby and got little late for the appointment and I called the office on my way and they said it’s fine and ask me to come. Once I get there they send us back. They should have just told us if they can’t accommodate when we called. I had to drive 45 minutes to get there.
